Qyvento AI Subscription Policy
Effective date: 6 September 2026
1. Plans
Paper Mode is offered as a simulated trading experience. Live Mode is offered on a subscription basis for eligible customers at the price displayed on the Qyvento website.
2. Live access
An active subscription does not by itself guarantee a trade, order, profit, return, or execution outcome. Live access is subject to account status, license/device authorization, broker connectivity, safety controls, market conditions and any applicable requirements.
3. Billing and renewal
Customers are charged according to the selected subscription and the payment gateway terms shown at checkout. Recurring billing, where enabled, continues until cancelled or otherwise stopped by the customer or Qyvento.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on the Qyvento website and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
5. Suspension
Qyvento may suspend or revoke Live access where a subscription expires, payment fails, account/device authorization is invalid, security concerns arise, or platform/risk controls require suspension.
6. No investment promise
Subscription fees are for access to the software/service and do not represent a promise of financial performance. Trading involves substantial risk.
